Adding a key or all keys lost?
With a working key, adding a key is the simpler case.
When every key is lost, many Audi models need immobilizer data or a key ordered for the specific vehicle before programming. That can take extra time, and some models cannot be done on site.
Factory software and secured access
For some models and procedures, Audi requires its factory diagnostic software with an online connection and a registered security professional. We hold an active NASTF Vehicle Security Professional registration.
Because Audi procedures vary so much by vehicle, we confirm what is possible for your car before scheduling a visit.
Ownership verification
Before we make or program any key, we verify ownership. Please have the vehicle registration, title, or insurance card ready, or have the registered owner present.
